Non-Tobacco Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with any non-tobacco product that you purchased from blackstogies.com you may return it in original condition within 14 days of purchase for full credit or refund.

Non-Tobacco Products: All sales are final from blackstogies.com website.

Care Instructions

Hats: It’s best to hand wash and spot treat your hat with warm water and light laundry detergent or Oxyclean. As with all methods for washing a hat please allow air to dry indoors in a well-ventilated area away from sunlight. It is the best way.

Leather Patches: To Clean the leather patch a gentle swipe with a soft cloth is all you need. AVOID using detergents as the dye may bleed.

For care – Dishwasher safe if preferred, but advised to hand wash 9oz heavy glass with cigar/finger holder.

Cigars: Damaged items will be replaced; we will pay for all shipping cost after items are returned. All sales are final.

Free Promotional Items: All defective free/promotional items must be returned by customer at customer cost. Replacement will be issued when it is received by blackstogies.com.
